First things first, I've been transferred to Tacuarembo (T
Bo). I'll be Zone Leader with Elder Marin. He's from Nicaragua and will be finishing
the mission with me (I'll be killing him). Elder Neilson is freaking out but
he's stoked for a change. He'll be killing Elder ChalĂ (Guatemala) which means
he too, will stay in Rivera for 8 months. President told me that I'll be
working closely with the Stake President in T Bo the way I worked with the
bishop here. We'll be getting brand new bikes (SICK) and President said that
Elder Marin wants to look good when he goes back home, so he wants me to do a lot
of working out with him. I'm excited for that part. I told you guys that the
package got here right? It was awesome! The jump rope is nice and so is the
watch. It was kind of funny, because
Elder Neilson got a package from his mom and you guys sent the exact same
things.
Well this last week went by slow. We went and said bye to
the people who I actually like and took a bunch of pictures. A bunch of people
didn't want me to go. Sunday there wasn't a dry eye when I gave my farewell
testimony. 8 months is a long time. We ate a bunch last night and our fridge is
filled. We had our Talent show on Saturday and everyone loved the country song
I sang last time and asked me to sing another one so I did. They all want me to
go home and sing so I told them that I'll be the next Justin Beiber.
I'm packing everything and I forgot how much I hate packing.
You'll have to tell me what you want me to keep for Gavin because if I change
areas again, it'll be my last area. Everyone leaves a bunch of the useless
things behind. I still have everything though. I haven't used 4 pairs of the
pants I have, nor 3 shirts. I'm still using the belt that Conner gave me before
I left and his pants.
But same old same old...thanks for all of the information.
I'll send pics and stories.
LOVE YOU ALL!
